Javier Bardem in Discussions to Voice Villain in 'Despicable Me 2' (Exclusive)

The very first movie adopted a villainous mastermind, voiced by Steve Carell, who connects together with his paternal side once the trio of orphans he employs to have an evil plan melt his icy heart.
